Assignments (current and prior):
Permits a faculty member to view the
teaching assignment schedule for a selected term, including the
Course ID, the type of activity (such as lecture or lab), the
days, times, and location of the classes, and how many students
are enrolled, waitlisted, and given permits to the class.
Class List (summary and
detailed):
Displays an alphabetical listing of the
students' names, status, credit hours, college, class, and major
for the given term and course. The Class List menu option
also provides a drop-down list box of courses that allows a
faculty member to select and view the class list for a different
course section.
Wait List (summary and
detailed):
Provides a listing in the wait list order of
the name(s) of the student(s) on the wait list, the credit hours
for the course, and the college, class, and major of the students)
on the wait list for a selected term and course section.
Registration (with student
present):
Allows a faculty member to register a
student for a course that the faculty member is teaching.
Grade Courses (midterm and
final):
Allows faculty members to enter a grade for
students in a selected course.
