| Here are some
suggestions, which may help you recall your Banner Self-Service password
without having to have it reset by Charger Central.
Remember... when you received your
Banner Training you received your Banner Self-Service User ID and
PIN. The user ID for Banner Self-Service is sometimes
referred to as your "A" number standing for
"Alternate number". If you like you may use your
SSN for your user ID, but we strongly encourage you to use your
"A" number if at all possible.
Next, unless you have changed
your PIN (using the "Change PIN" feature located under
the "General Services" menu) your PIN is going to be the number you
entered when you established your account and created your
"security question".
Your PIN must be all numeric
and six digits in length. Your PIN must not contain any special characters
such as...

@ + | } { [ ] or any alphabetic characters.

Faculty-ID PIN combination, please contact Charger Central for
assistance. They are located in room 118 of the
University Center and are available for consultation during normal
