As
many of you are already aware, UAH, recently began its launch of the new Banner System. Banner features many of the
tools you have become familiar with in Web for Faculty and Web for
Faculty and Advisors, but has many new features to help you manage
your personal resources as never before.
To
help you better utilize these new tools, Computer and
Network Services together with Enrollment Services, are offering
workshops and orientation sessions to cover the new "Self
Service for Faculty" and "Self Service for Faculty and
Advisors" modules of the new Banner system.
It is important that you
attend one of the announced orientation/training sessions as your
attendance will be your ticket for receiving your new Banner
Self-Service account.
So far, we (as
10/03/05) have offered just over 100 sessions and 800 faculty, advisors
and staff have
attended these sessions. We still do have a number of you
who haven't attended, so it is important that you attend one of
the sessions as they are announced through the summer
months. Be sure to check back with this page and the
Banner Brigade Training web page (http://www.uah.edu/banner/admin/banner_trainng) for announced session times and locations.

What about the Internet
Native Banner (INB) training sessions for people who have already
attended the Self-Service Banner training sessions?
We are currently offering
these classes on an as needed basis. Those of you who are
listing has having these needs will be contacted directly to
schedule your training.
